Roberto Rampinelli
Building contractorRoberto Rampinelli is a 61-year-old building contractor with a 42-year career in the construction industry. His focus on quality and constant search for the best solution has enabled him to construct a wide variety of buildings, from small renovations to large-scale constructions of villas, apartment blocks and sports centres. In total, Roberto has built 100 villas, 70 flats, 60 building renovations, two sports centres and a spa complex. Thanks to his experience and technical expertise, he has always been able to provide his customers with high-quality results.
In 2007, Roberto encountered a difficulty during the construction of a sports centre in Lodi. After examining the existing project, drawn up by other professionals, he realised that the construction cost would be exorbitant. Using his specialised skills, he redesigned the building, leveraging his knowledge and experience, saving 70,000 euro on the finished job. This experience allowed him to demonstrate his ability to find innovative solutions and to be a successful building contractor. Of course this is just one example.... But in his 42-year career there are dozens and dozens of more or less similar cases.
Davide MasonReal estate developer
Davide Mason is a 42-year-old real estate developer specialising in buying up properties that have fallen sharply in value due to defects, then fixing the defects and putting the property back on the market. He is known to be reliable and adept at finding real estate that represents a bargain. His career has been forged and strengthened by the obstacles he has encountered and solved directly, at his own expense, in his field of work, such as when right at the beginning of his career he bought a villa for 500,000 euro that had lacked building permits but according to the municipal engineer presented no problem. After reselling the house and collecting the down payment (caparra), the municipal technician resigned and was replaced by another who rejected the file in the municipal commission and ordered the demolition of the building.
Mason risked losing not only his €500,000 but also twice the down payment, but he sought out the best professionals to learn more about the regulations, study them and interpret them. He prepared a new action plan that included a series of measures and actions and submitted a new building amnesty application to the municipality. Thanks to this effort, he managed to get the file approved and make the house habitable, reselling it for 800,000 euro. Today, Davide Mason is a respected professional in the real estate sector, appreciated for his expertise and his ability to find innovative solutions to the most complex real estate problems.
